What's your cancellation policy?
We try to accommodate cancellations as best as we can. However, if you choose to cancel within 30 days of your booking, we will not be able to refund your money. If there is an emergency, please call us at (865) 293-0705 and talk us through your situation.
Do you allow pets?
We cannot accommodate pets at any of the Painted Door Rentals properties.
After I book a cabin, how will I pay?
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and payment via PayPal. At this time, if you prefer to pay with a credit card, we recommend that you book with us through VRBO.
Do you offer discounts for military veterans?
Absolutely! To thank our veterans for their service, we offer a discounted rate for all of our cabins regardless of the season.
What time is check in/check out?
Check in is anytime after 4 p.m., and check out is before 10 a.m. on the last day of your booking.
What should I expect when I arrive?
In the days leading up to your booking, you'll receive an email with all the information you need to have an incredible vacation at Painted Door Rentals. Once you arrive, you should expect a luxury cabin/ house with clean sheets, clean towels, and other amenities that will make you feel right at home.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
